Position Summary / Project Description:
As an Institution Business Analyst, your role will support the projects and operations. This role mainly focuses on redevelopment, renovation, and relocation related changes within the cluster.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support cluster projects, mainly focusing on redevelopment, renovation, and relocation related changes within cluster.
- Support the ministry funding request and review forums, including the PPSC and CRA.
- Support the internal funding requests and review forums, from budget submissions, requirements review, workplan prioritisation, procurement, and project approvals.
- Support the technical forum presentations for your projects such as Solution Review Board.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across projects and build good rapport.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams and infrastructure teams to manage project requirements, implementation timeline and budget.
- Responsible to monitor and ensure project implementation status, including regular project updates to various stakeholders and forums.
- Provide support for day-to-day operational issues as required.
- Support administrative tasks or other adhoc tasks assigned by your reporting manager as required.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills with good written/communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong organisation and customer facing skills and able to work with cross functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic IT infrastructure knowledge is required (server, network, end-user computing)
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skills with a go-getter attitude
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
