• Good understanding of M&E works and ability to associate BIM with construction needs
• Willingness to learn and use new software/technology
• Self-driven and good time management
• While not necessary, knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360 would be an advantage.

1. Supervise M&E Works

2. Able to understand and read M&E drawing

3. Attend site walk & Client meeting

4. Provide driving licence and pick worker from dormitory to site and site to dormitory

5. Able to work night shift

6. submit worker report to office

7. keep record for worker time card and submit office every 15 days for salary calculation

8. submit work progress report to office for prepare progress claim.
