Job Description, Roles, and Responsibilities (Commissioning Manager):

A Commissioning Manager effectively manages, leads and supervises the entire quality & commissioning process including contractual deliverables. Your Mission

This position is responsible for driving activities related to digital transformation as a member of the Program Management Office at HMGICS. The role involves developing revenue generation and operational models for training, advisory, and solutions focused on digital transformation and new manufacturing technologies. Additionally, the position will serve as the junior chief of staff to the Chief Innovation Officer, with the potential to assume full responsibilities within the short-term, based on performance.

What To Expect

[1. PMO Member for Digital Transformation - 20%]

• Help define and enforce agile work processes to continually improve the velocity and impact of digital transformation activities undertaken by the relevant technology and manufacturing squads. As a member of the PMO squad serving Digital Transformation, this involves applying core technologies such as IoT, AI/ML/LLM, simulation, and automation to enhance operational performance.
• Engage with all relevant stakeholders within and outside HMGICS to develop insights that accelerate digital transformation.

[2. Revenue Generation and Operational Models - 50%]

Develop new revenue generation and operational models for HMGICS based on core capabilities. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Learning and training programs on Digital Transformation, e.g., for other manufacturing companies.
• Advisory and technology consulting services to assist companies in adopting digital transformation.
• Provision of core technology solutions.
• Other initiatives within the Hyundai Motor Group.

[3. Junior Chief of Staff - 30%]

Assist the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), with the goal of becoming the full Chief of Staff within 1-2 years:

• Actively manage the CIO Organization’s activities, time, and priorities to maximize impact and ensure the achievement of HMGICS's core objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and communications on behalf of the CIO.
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within HMGICS, the Hyundai Motor Group, and external partners, with the aim of overseeing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives, particularly those related to Mission 2.
• Grow into a trusted advisor and thought partner for the CIO, providing insights and recommendations on critical decisions.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred); MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, with strong references.
• Technical expertise in process innovation and business consulting projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on relevant products and services
• Respond to customers' queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution satisfactorily
• Depending on the projects assigned, candidates may be required to perform cross selling and upselling of products and services to existing customers and prospects

Requirements:

• Able to communicate fluently in English and at least one other language to attend to non-English speaking customers
• Prior experience in a call centre environment is preferred
• Candidates with prior customer service experience in other businesses and operations may be considered as well
• Possesses a customer service mind set and is able to empathies with customers and quickly grasp the issues they’re facing

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum six months of experience in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and working at heights, with or without equipment assistance.

ARC(Advanced Response Center) Tier 1 (or Level 1 Technical Support) is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes in providing technical support or customer service for products or services. An ARC typically employs trained and specialized agents who are knowledgeable about the product or service being supported. They may also use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, chatbots, and automation to assist with customer inquiries and support.

ARCs often handle more complex issues that cannot be resolved through standard support channels.

They may also provide 24/7 support and have multilingual capabilities to serve a global customer base.

In addition to providing technical support, an ARC may also be responsible for proactive monitoring and management of the product or service being supported, identifying, and resolving issues before they become problems for customers. This can help to improve overall customer satisfaction and reduce downtime for critical systems or services.

Overall, an ARC plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality technical support and service for products and services.

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for providingfirst level technical support to the Client’s customers. ARC Tier 1 will work closely with ARC Tier 2, Team Leads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose. ARC Tier 1 is the first line of technical support. This team is responsible for basic customer issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provides basic technical or non-technical support functions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end service delivery process for healthcare accounts, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to ITIL frameworks.
