JOB SCOPE

• Help guests with planning and booking reservations for Integrated Resort products and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as hotel reservation agent, concierge, or experience in customer service role is an advantage.
• Proficient in both English and Korean as need to liaise with English and Korean speaking guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
• Customer centric attitude and work well under pressure.
• Compose in handling complaints and emergencies.
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable with applications and technology.
• Rotational shifts including public holidays and overnight shifts, depending on operation needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily channel operations, ensuring smooth handling of inquiries, escalations, and issue resolutions.
• Act as the first point of contact for channel-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Troubleshoot operational problems, document cleared responses, and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Specialist to implement process improvements and support training initiatives.
• Provide feedback to the team lead regarding recurring challenges and opportunities for improving processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations activities and provide administrative support to the team.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges.
• Assist in preparing reports and metrics for internal reviews and meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a channel operations environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.

About the role

The Team Lead will organise, direct, and monitor the daily activities of a team of Customer Experience Agents. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer service, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement of team performance.
