Job Description:
1. Fully responsible for the business and team management of system products and R&D, including but not limited to product planning, system architecture selection/design and optimization, information security, product development and operation and maintenance management, new technology application, etc.;
2. According to the department's strategy, learn from the experience of the international pan-entertainment industry, formulate the overall goals and plans of production and research, systematically and effectively manage the implementation of the plan and adjust it in a timely manner according to the actual situation, and lead the production and research team to support the business effectively and efficiently;
3. Participate in the decision-making of major products and technical directions and the formulation of product and technical solutions, be responsible for the review of project plans, be responsible for guiding, handling, coordinating and solving problems in the project, and be responsible for the quality of the overall products;
4. Responsible for tracking and researching new technologies and new products in related fields, evaluating their safety and effectiveness, and trying to combine them with business needs to find the possibility of application in departmental products;
5. Responsible for the management and echelon construction of the production and research team, including technical professional training, technical guidance, improvement of R&D specifications and processes, etc., and continuously improve the professional ability and execution of the team.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in computer science and other related majors;
2. More than 10 years of experience in product and development, more than 5 years of experience in system planning, management, R&D director or above in pan-cultural and entertainment business, and more than 5 years of experience in production and research team management; Technical VP or CTO of the entrepreneurial team is preferred;
3. Have systematic insights and cognition of business implementation, and have an in-depth understanding of common technical pain points and solutions in the landing process;
4. Understand the relevant business field knowledge of the pan-entertainment industry;
5. Familiar with the mainstream architecture concepts in the industry, master the architecture design methods of TOC products, and have successful experience, familiar with common development frameworks and technologies in the fields of go, big data, AI, etc.;
6. Have a global vision, excellent structured thinking ability and logical expression ability;
7. Have good organizational and management skills, keen ability to grasp the development trend of industry technology, good team spirit, communication and pressure resistance.
