Roles and Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and leads.
· Persuade potential clients to schedule a tentative appointment with our sales representative.
· Data Management: Performing accurate data entry and maintaining records of leads and appointments.
· Recruit, train and supervise other telemarketers under the team, whenever there are newcomers joining the telemarketing team
· Talent Acquisition: Recruitment of potential sales managers, via cold-calling and scheduling interviews (This responsibility will be handed out once the call support specialist has mastered the other above responsibilities)
The ideal candidate will be:

· Articulate: You communicate clearly and professionally. You must have prior experience in telemarketing. Good phone etiquette is a must.

Requirements:
· Proficient with technology and office software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Sheets.
· Fluent in written and spoken English. It will be a huge advantage if you are strong in another language to communicate with potential clients.
· Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Consultant / HR Consultant / or similar position will be an advantage.
· Min. 2 years of Customer Service / Telemarketer / Cold Calling in a call center environment experience.
· Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
· Confident and pleasant personality.
· Willing to learn the trades of recruitment
· Able to work independently and be a team player.
