Healthcare Support Department supports frail/home-bound elderly in their healthcare needs so that they can remain to age well at the comfort of their homes and in the community. Responsibilities:

• Provide training and supervision to the team of care staff, when required.

• Assist to oversee the well-being of care staff and manage any staff issues, when required, e.g. conflict management, clients’ feedback about staff, etc.

Quality Service and Incident Management

Other Duties

Requirements
