We are looking for someone who has in-depth knowledge of human resources and employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices. In this role, you will contribute by providing both hands-on and strategic support through performance management and conflict resolution to cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
- Provide front-line Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching to business leaders of all levels
- Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions
- Update employees with any changes in company policy
- Responds to employee violations of policy and helps to resolve conflict in the workplace
- Execute disciplinary action where applicable in accordance with proper HR policies and practices of the company
- Conduct exit interviews
- Organize and update employee files
- Adhere to regulatory standards
- Conduct outlet visits to engage employees or conduct on-site briefs and engagements with Managers
- Oversee employee orientation
- Work in partnership with L&D on training efforts related to employee relations
- Partner with cross-functional team members on the creation and implementation of company-wide programs to help train, retain, and reward top talent
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- People-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- “Lead with empathy, speak with authority” - effective communication, persuasion, and influencing skills
- “Customer-obsessed” attitude - eagerness to jump in and help with any matter that needs solving
- Ability to use best practices while still having a flexible and business-focused approach
