Job Description:

• Manage purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt status and supplier billing.
• Liaison and follow up with suppliers/ forwarders for on-time delivery management and update of goods arrival schedule on NAV.
• Identify and manage suppliers, including negotiations of pricing, compliance with standards and supply chain performance.
• Inventory management.
• Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Performing any ad hoc duties given by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum professional certifications, NITEC or Diploma in Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or other relevant related studies.

The incumbent will look to manage customer complaint and returns for customers in the Europe and/or Asia region. You will work closely with other regional coordinators for smooth operation.

Job Description

• Ensure accurate logging of daily customer complaints onto SAP, adhering to defined standards and coordinating with geographical coordinators.
• Analyze complaint information for concise event descriptions and product details, leading investigations and documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with internal personnel and global complaints coordinators.
• Follow up on complaints, communicate corrective actions to customers, and manage aged stock/lost business/product recall returns.
• Perform statistical trending of complaints, ensure data accuracy on complaint dashboards, and initiate improvement actions.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement, engage stakeholders, and participate in audits and training.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and attend global meetings as required.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.

• Degree in engineering or chemistry (BS Chemical Engineering / Chemistry) or equivalent

• 5 years plus working experience in quality such as handling customer complaint and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO2000, ExCiPAT or similar quality systems and experience in facing quality audits.
• Good understanding of the principles of customer complaint management practices, and corrective action /
• preventive action outcomes

The role of the Community Care Associate is based in our Silver Lifestyle Clubs (Day Care Centre) located at Tampines or Yishun

Roles and Responsibilties:

1. Personal and Psychosocial Care

• Provides support to seniors in basic activities of daily living (BADL), including assistance with personal hygiene and transfer.
• Identify care needs of seniors such as dietic needs and other areas relating to well-being of elders.

2. Nursing Support

• Monitor health status (vital signs, glucose level and oxygen saturation) and escalate to Center Supervisors/ Nurse Manager.
• Assist to serve medication/ pre-packed medication and apply prescribed topical medication as instructed by Supervisor/ Manager.

3. Senior Engagement

• Plan, and conduct activities suitable for seniors taking into consideration of their preferences and interests
• Observe senior’ engagement during sessions and feedback on senior’s response and progress.

4. Administration and Operations

• Always ensure environmental safety and hygiene of the centre including carrying out the necessary cleaning and disinfection and looking out for hazards
• Able to do basic documentation of senior’s participation in various engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness and Patience in serving the elderly client
• Prior experience in caregiving duties in Hospitals; Nursing Homes or individual parents would be advantageous
• Candidate with no relevant experience or keen to have a career switch would be considered.
• Training will be provided.
