Job Scope

• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
• To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
• Support the car park operations
• Assist in any other duties assigned
• Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure al physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management preferred.
• Able to commence work immediately
