Job Description & Requirements:

· Preparation of financial reports and tax, including book-keeping services (monthly and quarterly)

· Preparation of full set of accounts and partial set of accounts for various companies across multiple industry, including reconciliation, cash flow, closing.

· Handling of tax-related matters such as corporate and individual income tax in Singapore.

· Handling of GST quarterly filings, assisting clients in resolving tax issues with the tax authority.

· Manage a portfolio of accounting and payroll clients

· Oversee payroll support for clients and monthly CPF submissions.

· Ensure timely submission of deliverables to clients.

· Managing good client relationships

· Provides consultancy advice to clients on various accounting, tax & payroll matters.

· Responsible for reviewing the work of the Accounting/tax team.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies from or other professional qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from professional services firm in an Accounting/Outsourcing/Client Accounting environment.
• Meticulous and good analytical skills
• Experience dealing with tax authorities
• Knowledge of Autocount will be an advantage

What you’ll do

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Design and implementation of network solutions (as a part of the Network Engineering team)

• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with licensing and support agreements

What you’ll need

· Bachelor’s degree in IT with a minimum five years’ experience as a network engineer responsible for a primarily Cisco based network

· Expert knowledge of Cisco products, their functionality, configuration and best practices

· QoS, IPSLA, DMVPN, WAN, MPLS, SIP, PRI, IPSEC, STP

· Cisco AnyConnect VPN

· Working knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking configuration and protocols

· Error investigation, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis

Preferred candidates meet the following skillsets:

· Experience in data center industry

· Cisco Certification Network Professional certification or higher

· Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring platform

· Cisco – 5+ years (route (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switch, DMVPN, IPSec, SSL VPN)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable function supporting the Accountant
• Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices
• Process payment for suppliers within credit term
• Perform monthly supplier statement of accounts reconciliation
• Ensure timely closing of Accounts Payable
• Implement process improvements to enhance greater efficiency of AP processes
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. To unlock all classroom doors at level 1 to level 6 daily, conduct

checks and lock up designated classrooms after school ends daily.

2. To monitor students outside designated School Gate from 7:00am to

8:00am daily.

3. To clean assigned rooms daily. A sample schedule is given below:

a. 6 Science laboratories and preparation rooms

b. 2-3 Special Rooms (e.g. Maker Space)

4. To perform light gardening duties daily (e.g. weeding, planting,

watering and maintaining potted plants)

5. To check and clear places where mosquitos may breed on a daily

basis and conduct weekly perimeter checks for mosquito breeding.

6. To perform any other assigned duties assigned from time to time:

a. To carry out logistics support duties for school events and

activities.

b. To assist in the arrangement of suitable plants to meet the

requirements of major school functions such as Speech Day,

National Day and etc.

To work closely with the pest control contractor and National Environment

Agency personnel on mosquito breeding prevention measures.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

General Services

• Responsible for handling telephone and walk-in enquires/requests on school events and general school- related questions.

• Perform administrative duties for teaching staff and

supervisors

• Responsible for printing, filing, distributing and documenting

notes, circulars and correspondence

• Taking care of students at sickbay

• Any other work assigned by the Administration Manager

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

(i) Candidate’s experience working in primary schools

(ii) Relevant work experience in general administration and taking care

of primary school students

(iii) Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
