Key Selection Criteria:

• Qualifications and Resource Management Expertise: Hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications in high-level business management, demonstrating proven expertise in managing substantial human, financial, and physical resources. Core function for this role is in the area of private property development and investment arm. You should have been called to Bar and bring with you experience in Compliance and Data Protection.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you are responsible for :-

• Assume the official roles of “Data Protection Officer” and “Compliance Officer” ensuring compliance with “PDPA and **AML/CFT provisions for the Company and its subsidiaries (“Company Group).
• Supervise and provide legal oversight of:

- leasing and sales administration work and

- real estate transaction in respect of properties to be acquired or developed and/or owned by

the Company Group and proactive solutions and strategies to mitigate potential legal risk

• Be the main point of contact to provide day-to-day legal and compliance support within Company Group.

You will play a central role to establish, update and enforce, a robust framework of reporting & compliance with “PDPA and **AML/CFT provisions which include:
