- Develop and implement the Individual Client Plan (ICP) for the needy families, based on feedback by befrienders.

- Attend monthly SDO meetings and/or case conferences within the cluster (initiated by Muis’ MO team).

- Supporting role for Cluster-based programmes for poor and needy families.

- Liaise with relevant external organisations regarding welfare of low-income families (cluster-based)

3) Befrienders’ Management

- Monitor Befrienders home visits (intake assessment/ follow-ups).

- New in-take for Befrienders.

- Collate and submit claims for befrienders’ allowance to Muis MO team.

Supporting Roles

1) Volunteers/Donors Management (Ambassador)

- Develop & maintain volunteer & donor management system

- Run mosque volunteers and donors recruitment drive

- Engage and inspire mosque volunteers and donors

2) Community Engagement

- Assist on Mosque Islamic Events, sending invites to neighbouring on the event

calendar.

- Home Visit to Jemaah in Hospital or Home

- Empowered Volunteers on Mosque Events

3) Perform any duty assigned by HOD

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Social Services or related
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience
3. Effectively bilingual in Malay and English
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Dedicated and responsible in working with the needy and their family members
6. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Able to do planning and implement programmes
8. Able to work during weeknights, weekends or Public Holidays when required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization
• Perform financial planning and analysis work, including providing detailed variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports, board papers, and other external reporting requirements
• Prepare cashflow projections, quarterly forecast and annual budget for area of accountability. Review and challenge operational plans by reviewing underlying drivers and assumptions made when preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budget
• Support the business teams in the evaluation of the potential investment / divestment and business operation considerations during acquisition / divestment process. Liaise with other finance functions to ensure that accounting and tax impacts are appropriately considered
• Liaise with JV partners on matters arising, such as dividend distributions, shareholder loans, other financial and operational matters
• Support the Platform Finance Business Partner Lead in the annual review and amendment of the Financial Authorisation Limits
• Review existing procedures and systems and identify opportunities in process improvement, system enhancement, automation and digitalization
• Support the consolidation of forecasts and budgets
• Supervise and review the segment consolidation and support in the preparation of financial and management reporting of the Group, in accordance with group accounting policies
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent
• Displays positive attitude, team player, meticulous and the ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills
• Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP S4 and BPC would be advantageous
• Must be able and willing to accept intra-department or inter-division transfers/job rotations, and henceforth changes in work scope and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Receive Customer Order, handle Customer payment and liaise with customer for Shipment confirmation
• Liaise with warehouse and communicate with forwarder for shipment arrangement handling
• Plan shipment for customers and liaise with 5 factories
• Arrange bank negotiation, export declaration, certificate of origin application and document filing
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain and other related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Knowledge on shipping terms, custom declaration, COO application
• Preferably with basic knowledge of shipping arrangement and excel knowledge
• Able to handle ad-hoc task and able ready to contribute idea and experience
• Good learning attitude
• Able to perform over-time when needed
• Able to work under tight timeline
