• Oversee procurement processes for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to standards.
• Assess alternatives based on cost, quality, durability, and environmental impact.
• Source, purchase, and negotiate terms to ensure timely delivery.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, maintain cost databases, and generate procurement reports.
• Collaborate with logistics, service providers, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Organize and maintain project-related documents like contracts and reports.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Process invoices, track vendor payments, and maintain expense records.
• Act as a contact point for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience in construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
• Good Communication, negotiation, problem solving and sourcing skills
• Project admin experience in a plus point

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain the repository of the internal comms content
• Provide administrative and logistics support for staff well-being initiatives and staff engagement activities
• Perform tasks associated with the planning and execution of the events

Requirements

• Min Degree.
• Proficient in graphic design, video editing software and have good knowledge of social media management
