• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system, transportation operations, townhall & CSR activities.

• Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.

• Drive, coordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.

• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.

• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports regularly.

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.

• No prior experience in Human Resources is required – on the job training will be provided.

• Experience managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation.

· Full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions.

· Responsible for keeping track of all documents for processing.

· Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices.

· Process payment for Suppliers within credit term granted.

· Investigating and resolving Suppliers outstanding matters.

· Perform monthly Supplier statement of accounts reconciliation.

Job description:

• Organise folders and files in MCST office in hardcopy and softcopy.
• Compile and meet deadlines of monthly invoice, attendance, and service reports in preparation payment listing for account processing.
• To assist on BIB/cheque issuance to vendors.
• To attend to SP enquiries over office counter and emails for facility bookings, carparking, MFSF queries and etc
• Account receivable and payment management on site including petty cash, facility refund and account-related supporting works.
• Liaise with appointed auditor for annual audit report and budget management with site team.

Requirement:

• Certificate or/and Diploma in Office Administration
• At least 2 years’ experience, without experience welcome as well
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and other accounting software
• Able to work independently and within tight timeline.
