Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotion : Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and enhance audience interaction.
   
2. Brand Development : Assist in formulating brand strategies to ensure a consistent and enhanced brand image. Develop marketing materials, promotional content, and brand-related documents.
   
3. Franchise Support : Provide operational and marketing support to franchise partners. Assist franchise stores in improving their marketing strategies and operational processes to maintain brand standards.
   
4. Outlet Operations : Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth customer service. Coordinate with the front desk team to handle customer inquiries and feedback efficiently.
   

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in marketing or brand management in the F&B industry, with prior experience in franchise management being a plus.
3. Strong communication, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to independently manage projects.
4. Proven team management skills and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
5. Proactive, innovative, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Comply and uphold the integrity of the Group’s Procurement policy and procedure
• Responsible for managing assigned Categories
• Manages the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process including sourcing of vendors, ITQ/ Tender, bid clarifications, negotiations, issue PO and facilitate vendor payment
• Administer Purchase Orders and Contracts.

The Role

• The role is responsible for implementation of Compliance and AML/CFT program and managing the full range of matters related to compliance, governance, AML/CFT, compliance risk assessment, STR related investigations and compliance/AMLCFT training.
• The compliance Officer reports to the Head of Compliance on on-going compliance status and on any findings of infringements and its recommended actions.
• The Compliance Officer provides regulatory advisory relating to all guidelines to all compliance related enquiries form business units/ member offices.
• Compliance Officer acts as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to submit Suspicious Transaction Report (STR)

To Qualify

• Degree in law, business, finance or compliance related disciplines
