Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef, specializing in Chinese cuisine.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Chinese cooking techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Understand culinary procedures for local cuisine like; Mixed Rice, Bee Hoon, Roasted Duck Rice, Chicken Rice, Western Food or Fish Ball Noodles, etc
• Required to have culinary skills and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• At least 1-10 years of experience
