ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Strong Indian cuisine knowledge with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a kitchen managerial appointment. Knowledge in other cuisines an added advantage.
