Job Description:

• Core function is to support technology related operations of the company.
• Information Systems, Networking and Security support in a virtualized environment including checking of batch jobs, scripts, scheduled tasks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system, network and security issues.
• Configure and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN etc.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and network inventory.
• Maintaining clear documentation of the infrastructure, network, policies and procedures.
• Assist in ad-hoc project and perform any other duties that assigned for time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma /Degree in IT Technology, Computer Science or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network and system administration including networking protocols, routing, switching technologies and Windows Servers.
• Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as but not limited to, NAT, DHCP, DNS, BGP, RIP, OSPF.
• Knowledge of switching protocols (VLAN, STP, VTP, and ETHERCHANNEL, PORT SECURITY).
• Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
• Knowledge on IP Telephony technology (Cisco, 3CX).
• Firewall and router configuration, VPN, Policies, DNS (Cisco, Fortigate).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 2 years’ relevant work experience, or entry level candidates in relevant field of study
• Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
• Ultra-sensitive to deadlines and capable of good resource planning
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills

• Responsible for the execution of civil and structural design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.
• Assist in producing tender specifications and design requirements for calling of tender contracts.
• Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures.
• Work with Qualified Person (QP) and/or Senior Engineer to develop design scheme for civil and structural works, submissions to authorities, project planning, implementation and monitoring progress of project.
• Project coordination and liaison with stake holders on technical matters during construction stage.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess minimum a Bachelor Engineering (Civil) degree recognised by PE Board.
• Engineers with minimum 3 years' relevant local experience in engineering design work with consultant firm.
• Conversant with latest design codes and authority requirements (Codes of practice directives, etc.).
• With good attitude towards quality of work and timeline.
• Able to work independently to support the Qualified Person and/or Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures, geotechnical, underground excavation and tunneling works.

• Carry out analysis design of buildings and infrastructure.

• Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical matters.

• Train and support junior engineers.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering Degree from a reputable institution. Degrees recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore are preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Structural / Geotechnical design.

• Good knowledge of various engineering design software and analytical tools.

• Independent, organized with positive work attitude.

• Knowledge of design codes like Euro Code 2, 3.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Effective team player
