Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software that powers Ninja Van's complex logistics operations.
• Work in cross functional teams with product managers, UX designers and QA engineers to ship software on-quality and on-time.

Requirements

• Solid Computer Science fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills.
• 1 -5 years of backend or frontend software development in a product company, with a proven track record of shipping successful software products.
• Fresh graduates should possess relevant internship experience
• Hands-on experience in our tech stack or similar technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university.

Incident Management Services:

• Provide Incident detection, reporting, recording, and initial support.
• Provide Incident investigation, diagnosis, impact analysis, and reclassification as required.
• Utilize and update the Customer Incident Management System with all relevant information relating to an Incident.
• Resolve dispatch orders that are not resolvable by remote Support and onsite Incident tasks arising, including break/fix Equipment and Software support.
• Act proactively, and coordinate with all other parties (including Third Parties and other Customer IT functions) as needed in order to resolve Incidents
• Maintain overall responsibility for all incident activity to the point of closure, as confirmed by Customer Authorized User.

IMACD (Installation, Move, Add, Change and Dispose):

DSS (Desk side Software Support):

• Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
• Manage IMAC and desk side support services.
• Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Provide standard and approved hardware and software (operating systems and standard office applications) support and maintenance on Desktop (Field Users) Devices for their entire lifecycle (including the remote management of Desktop Devices using appropriate tools).
• Support, Manage, Optimize and Maintain the configuration and installation of the Desktop, to include, but not limited to, patch updates, hardware replacements, with spares provided by vendor.
• Analyse Service Desk calls for Desktop Devices and incident data to identify and advice Customer of any potential user training requirement and automation.
• Ensure that each Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate Desktop image.
• Manage Desktop Devices (hardware and software) incidents through to resolution.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements

Smart Hand support:

• Network
• Servers – Connectivity support, OS installation, basic troubleshooting in co-ordination with remote team
• Printer equipment

Asset Management (inwards and outwards):

Update inventory & Stock management using Asset management tool for tracking inventory and stock management. Input, maintain, update and track up-to-date full Lifecycle data for all Assets used or operated in the End User Environment, regardless of whether the Asset is owned, leased or licensed by Supplier or Customer (including Equipment, Software, Operating Systems and Applications) and associated maintenance, including System establishment, Refresh, decommissioning, redeployment, end of life and disposal data, within the Asset Management Systems

Device wiping

Follow the disposal process, including erasing of data, for all decommissioned

MDTs using Provided Data Wipe tool.

Handheld computing devices

• Software on best effort basis (i.e., mobile phones,

smartphones)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement projects within the established practice to ensure service delivery and support, meeting availability, continuity, and capacity requirements.
• Translate business requirements into infrastructure design.
• Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure infrastructure to meet resiliency, availability, and data integrity needs.
• Ensure compliance with Authoritys Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8, and Authority IT Policies.
• Manage infrastructure projects and services supporting application systems environments.
• Request the provision of new virtual machines (VMs) for new systems.
• Manage system architecture, resource planning, infrastructure performance, and the system hosting environment from server hardware to the operating system layer (excluding hypervisor and storage) to support new applications.
• Act as the main infrastructure single-point-of-contact for all new application system initiatives.
• Support/assist in application architecture design, integration, acceptance, and infrastructure performance testing.
• Support Operations Engineer on Infrastructure and Systems.
• Assist in Infrastructure Architecture review, support, and endorsement.
• Review hardening standards for the operating system and database.
• Lead the infrastructure on-boarding process, including design, setup, configuration, implementation, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure components.
• Understand the systems operations environment and contribute to its enhancement.
• Demonstrate a high level of familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory

• Bachelors degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent

·To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples

· To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples

·Review and align electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines

·Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions

· Manage and execute project as per the deadline

· Attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress

· Study and review drawings, specifications for compliance

·Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

·Preferably candidate with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry

· Sound knowledge in BIM, Revit, Autocad would be an advantage

· Good working attitude and a team player

· Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel / Project / Power point

· Site work when necessary.
