Responsibilities

• Design of detailed piping arrangement for water treatment plant and systems, including generate isometric drawing, piping support drawing and BOM (bill-of-materials).
• Prepare and design equipment layout for complete plant and modular skid, PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and PID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), pumps, and other equipment outline drawings as well as EICA drawings.
• Prepare piping specifications, pressure drop calculation, technical specifications, or data sheets for the purchase of piping components.
• Sizing and selection of pump, equipment, piping, fittings etc.
• Co-ordinate and interface with process, instrument, civil and equipment suppliers.
• Clarification and evaluation of vendor quotations.
• Onsite support during project execution stage.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings.
• Other ad-hoc works as assigned.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing maintenance operations, overseeing facility upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves supervising contractors, driving energy efficiency initiatives, and ensuring seamless plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage engineers & contractors to perform preventive maintenance, repair maintenance, building and ground services to achieve minimum disruptions to operations.

· Manage upgrading projects to ensure projects are on schedule and within the budget, complies with regulatory and technical requirements.

· Works closely with project lead on projects progress.

· Coordinates with plant personnel when operation is affected.

· Checks and builds per specification requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for electrical and instrument preliminary and detailed design, costing, procurement and execution for company's proposals and projects

· Front end engineering design and detailed engineering design work of electrical (load calculation, SLD design, cable scheduling, cable routing, instrument hookup), drawings and relevant documents for submission
