Job Description:

The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS’ enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.
• Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components. Proven ability to provide regional support and integrate CyberArk solutions via APIs. CyberArk certifications are preferred to validate knowledge and skills.
• Scripting and Reporting: Proficient in writing PowerShell scripts and SQL statements to develop comprehensive management reports focused on the usage and operational management of privileged accounts. This includes automating reporting processes and ensuring accurate data presentation for stakeholders.
• Data Visualization: Experienced with Grafana for creating data visualizations and dashboards, enabling real-time insights into access management and security posture. Skilled at translating complex data sets into understandable visual formats for better decision-making.
• Privileged Access Management: Strong understanding of enterprise privileged access management principles, encompassing risk management, compliance, governance, and control. Ability to develop and enforce policies that mitigate risks associated with privileged access.
• Audit Experience: Extensive experience in responding to audit queries and preparing detailed reports related to access management. Skilled in analyzing audit findings and implementing corrective actions to address compliance gaps. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and readily available.
• Remediation Expertise: Extensive experience in remediating CyberArk failed objects to ensure that auto-managed objects comply with security policies and standards. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
• Technical Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key operating systems and databases, including Windows, Unix, MSSQL, and MariaDB. Previous experience in administering these platforms enhances ability to manage and secure privileged accounts effectively.
• Banking Environment Experience: Familiarity with working in a banking or financial services environment, understanding the unique regulatory and security requirements involved. This background supports effective implementation of access management solutions tailored to industry standards.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or a related field). Alternatively, a combination of relevant professional experience and CyberArk certifications is also acceptable, demonstrating a solid foundation in security practices.

FAB PROCESS KNOWLEDGE

• Proficient knowledge of wafer process and traveler flows for main products.
• Understands high-level factory limitations.
• Knowledge of capacity analysis and production planning. Knowledge about Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) and MOR business processes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Demonstrates advanced ability to successfully define, plan, and handle the implementation of complicated projects.
• Appropriate and timely escalation of roadblocks to project sponsor.
• Developing delegation, risk/cost analysis, and project tracking skills.
• Regular communication of project progress to stakeholders, team members and sponsors.

PLANNING SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS, COMPUTER, MICROSOFT OFFICE and PROGRAMMING SKILLS

• Understands the interaction of planning systems and associated applications used within Micron.
• Understanding of system interaction, adept at extracting data from various systems.
• Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office to develop presentations, handle projects and perform all other tasks in an effective manner.
• Advanced ability in Excel and proficient in using VBA Macros to enhance and automate tasks.
• Advanced ability in Programming / Data Automation programs, e.g. Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc. to automate tasks and support data analysis.

STRATEGIC OPERATIONS

• Provide planning support for Emerging Projects.
• Support capacity studies for Special Projects.
• Provide Business Planning support for various Capacity Options.
• Analyze Fab Capital Expenditure and Output Scenarios for Business Plan.
• Fab Mix optimization for various Capacity and Capital Expenditure Scenarios.
• Efficient management of Capital Expenditure scenarios and cash flows through scenarios comparison and optimization.
• Ability to provide and evaluate modeling options that enable lowest cost of operation.

FINANCIAL ANALYSES

• Partner with Finance team to complete a thorough financial analysis through various scenarios (Manufacturing Cost, return on investment/payback, Net Present Value NPV, Profit/Loss (P/L) analysis).
• Ability to provide and evaluate Scenario options to improve financial analysis.

Requirements :

• Bachelors’ Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience. Additional major/minor in Computer Science, or a Business-related or quantitative field (Finance, Economics or similar subject area), MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to develop presentations, handle projects and perform all other tasks in an effective manner.
• Advanced ability in Excel and proficient in using VBA Macros to enhance and automate tasks.
• Advanced ability in Programming / Data Automation programs, e.g. Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc. to automate tasks and support data analysis.
• Ability to turn complex and ambiguous problem statements into structured solution.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results cross diverse technical and non-technical groups
• Experience working independently in teams, establishing and maintaining multi-functional relationships
• Experience in a combination of capacity analysis, business analysis or process analysis is advantageous

• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in IoT or technology related industries.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of IoT systems and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and practices (preferred).
