Brief Job Description Position Summary

The 1st level remote support is required to provide 1st level troubleshooting to users’ queries/incidents received (regardless of source in a professional and timely manner)

Key Responsibilities & Results

1 Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded promptly

2 Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions

3 Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within the targeted Service Level

4 Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5 Manage customer expectations and notify the Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature

6 Handle initial classification/prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow up actions and incident status.

Requirements

- Minimum Education: Diploma in IT-related fields

- Minimum 1-year End-User Support Experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk.

o Customer Service Experience in a non-tech call center environment will not be considered.

- Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, and mobile device support.

• Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of Pharmaceuticals DCS / PLC systems. Design system architecture, design specification, control strategies, and library development.

Job Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to manage and enhance our network infrastructure's security. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of network security solutions, ensuring the stability, reliability, and security of our network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Configure, and manage Cisco Catalyst Switches (IOS), Cisco Nexus Switches (NXOS), and Alcatel Lucent Switches (AOS) to maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.

· Implement and maintain Palo Alto and Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls for network security and access control.

· Administer Alcatel Lucent Wireless Controllers to ensure a secure and robust wireless network environment.

· Utilize SolarWinds NPM (Network Performance Monitor) and NCM (Network Configuration Manager) for network monitoring and configuration management.

· Manage and maintain ClearPass Policy Manager for network access control and policy enforcement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in network security engineering.

· Proficiency in Cisco Catalyst Switches (IOS), Cisco Nexus Switches (NXOS), and Alcatel Lucent Switches (AOS).

· Experience in configuring and managing Palo Alto and Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls.

· Hands-on experience with Alcatel Lucent Wireless Controllers.

· Familiarity with SolarWinds NPM / NCM for network monitoring and configuration management.

· Proficient in ClearPass Policy Manager for network access control and policy enforcement.

· Knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and best practices.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Additional Preferred Skills:

· Though not mandatory, the ideal candidate will also have exposure to the following technologies:

· Experience with other firewall solutions beyond Palo Alto and Fortinet, such as Check Point or Cisco ASA.

· Proficiency in network encryption protocols and VPN technologies.

· Understanding of network segmentation and micro-segmentation principles.

· Knowledge of intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

On your day to day:

• Handle multiple projects and provide network design and deployment support from project initiation to closure.
• Follow network standards and configuration templates to prepare Network Design Documents (NDD) and submit for review and approval. Create Build Packages that includes implementation plans, test plans and network changes.
• Oversee the deployment of Build Packages on the corporate data network. Implement network changes during the allowed weekend green zone window.
• For some large/complex projects, you will be required to represent network domain in a virtual team and effectively communicate and liaise with business/technical stream owners.
• Assist with knowledge transfer of new products to internal teams.
• Assist in the development of & implementation of processes to allow repeatable designs with the view of provisioning automation and efficiencies.
• Prepare and submit all required project documentations for audit purpose & project closure

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) working with Cisco and Arista network devices (routers and switches).
• Minimum of at least CCNP or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of following routing protocols: BGP, OSPF.
• Experience on WAN technology, e.g. Metro Ethernet, MPLS. VPLS, IPLC etc.
• Preferable with working experience on using Multicast in a Cisco/Arista environment.
• Preferable with working experience in large financial or banking network operation/implementation team.
• Ability to effectively communicate to internal clients through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting).
• Willing to work during weekends for implementation of network changes.
• Willing to work for extended working hours when needed.

Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner. 2. Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions. 3. Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level 4. Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded. 5. Job Objective:

• Work closely with manufacturers, Designer, and Engineers to implement audio visual and video conferencing solutions in accordance to company’s standards and best practices to meet customer’s requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Pro-Audio solution for large Venue and corporate meeting room that need integration with other Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.

Mandate

Good to have
