• Perform sample testing in compliant to WI/SOP, IATF 16949 (Automotive QMS) and ISO 9001
• Lead the investigation for RCA of non-conformance products
• Ensure the effectiveness of the preventive actions implemented on the blending failure investigation & RCA of non-conformance products
• Set up new testing method and perform regular review of existing testing method according to latest ASTM/ISO testing method or any other latest company reference guidelines
• Ensure the preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment are performed in timely manner according to schedule. Ensure the reports are reviewed against the requirements
• Liaise and coordinate with external vendors on the repair works, preventive maintenance, and any other routine/non-routine jobs. Ensure the work is completed as required
• Troubleshoot any analytical problems/errors arising from instruments.
• Work closely with Production and monitor production order to ensure the daily consumption of balance oil
• Participate in Operational Excellence projects

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will perform laboratory evaluation and analysis of Food and Pharmaceutical samples to ensure compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of chemists and technical executives to conduct laboratory evaluation and analysis of food and pharmaceutical samples
