• Teach subjects assigned by the school, mainly teaching in English/Mathematics/Sciences.

Job Description

· Collaborate with external partners and manage after-school programmes where he/she will assist in the attendance and overall discipline of the group of students

· Assist Assistant Year Head (AYH) in charge with designing customized daily after-school programmes with prospective partners for segmented groups of high needs (HN) students to motivate and engage them to attend school

· Keep close monitoring on specific information of individual HN students during and after school

· Assist in organizing Learning Journey for HN students with AYH in charge; and

· Provide support to administrative operations and carry out any other tasks/duties assigned by Administration Manager & School Leaders.

Requirements

· At least GCE ‘O’ Level or the Equivalence

· At least 2 years working experience in primary schools as educator or teaching support staff

· Able to monitor and manage students in completing their tasks on hand

· Has good communication skills and can work well with students

· Must be strong in administrative tasks like keeping records and filing

Working hours

· Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Flexible working hours and good welfare

We understand some teachers with teaching experience do not wish to apply to be full-time teachers because of their age, physical condition, or personal affairs. You are welcome to try our contract system according to your own needs, choosing flexible working hours. We are located in Bugis, a convenient location for all!
