The Materials Clerk is responsible for receiving goods and supplies from vendors, ensuring the smooth operation and efficient running of the receiving function while meeting department’s objectives.

• Minimum 'N' / 'O' level / ITE qualification
• Ideally to have basic knowledge in Receiving
• Ideally to have basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure completion of vendor master request forms and acknowledgement of direct credit authorisation forms from the bank.
• Assist in mail sorting as rostered.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min A Levels / Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy
• Proficient in Basic Microsoft Excel
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage
• Able to work independently
