Job Description (Finance):

- Handle Quotations, Invoice, and Billing matters

- Assist with Enquiry/Ordering of Spare Parts

- Assist with keeping track of outstanding payments

(Servicing):

* Arranging/Scheduling of Servicing appointments with Customers

* Work and communicate closely with Service Technician Team to deliver quality service

* Handle all queries about servicing

* General and ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

- Able to converse with customers over phone, preferably in Mandarin and English

- Basic skills in MS Excel and Word

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Keying in of Invoices and payment

• Filing and normal office works
• 1 years of working experience in the similar field
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
• GCE N level or equivalent
• Hardworking, meticulous and able to work independently
• Have some experience in handling Accounts receivables/General Ledger/Others
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description:

· Achieve growth and meet client sales targets.

· Identify and convert new leads for the business.

· Identify further opportunities for existing clients.

· Communicate with clients.

· Manage and prepare sales support materials and samples (as necessary).

· Submit sales, income and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

· Report directly to the Head of Sales.

· Responsible for inventory management in collaboration with the production team.

Requirements:

· Friendly and enjoys dealing with people.

· Have 3-4 years of relevant experience in selling.

· Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
