• Work closely with Regional Clinical Education Manager to ensure regional Professional Education activities are well executed.
• To undertake any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary, for the advancement of the Company

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Medical Technology or Biomedical Sciences with 1-2 years of Electrophysiology experience
• Nurses / EP tech with relevant experience in Electrophysiology
• CEPIA (Australia) / IBHRE (USA) certification is desirable.
• You are to take on duties for emergency operations at the hospital including weekends and extended hours when required.
• Must be able to work under fast paced environment

You will be responsible to provide personalized, specialised and cost-effective care to the patients in accordance to established hospital policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.

Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assesses patients’ needs on admission and on daily basis throughout their hospital stay
• Plans and implements care according to the assessed needs
• Evaluates and monitors patients’ progress according to planned care
• Documents care given and monitors outcomes on the established charts and forms
• Delivers safe and competent nursing care
• Participates actively in physicians’ rounds
• Carries out treatments and investigations as prescribed by physicians

Requirements
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• At least 2 years working experience in acute setting
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from recognized training institutions approved by SNB
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, positive and caring nature
• Possess good clinical skills and knowledge
• Prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts

To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the ward, and be responsible for the day-to-day operational work flow in the Nursing Department.

• Responsible for the compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by MOH and SNB.
• Leads quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Ensures quality audits and planned and conducted periodically. Follow up with areas of corrective improvements.
• Ensures written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the provision of nursing care.
• Monitor the smooth transition of the residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible.
• Direct care of the residents to ensure compliance to standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 5 years relevant experience as managerial role
• Good public relations and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
