• Assist in minor surgical procedures under the supervision of the medical team.
• Dispense medication as prescribed by the doctor.
• Administer eye drops to patients as needed.
• File and maintain accurate patient case notes.
• Ensure the clinic is clean and organized at all times.
• Check and manage the stock of medicines, ensuring availability and proper storage.
• Perform basic visual tests, including autorefraction and pressure measurements.
• Conduct retinal photography and OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) scan acquisition.
• Administer and perform visual field tests.
• Carry out biometry tests for accurate measurements.
• Coordinate and book operating theatres for surgical procedures.
• Handle patient payments and ensure proper collection of fees.
• Close and reconcile daily accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements:

• Fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Previous experience in ophthalmic or surgical nursing will be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and the healthcare team professionally and empathetically.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and compassion are essential to delivering high-quality patient care.
