• Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormal findings.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
