You will provide direct services to patients with chronic and mental health issues through conducting clinical interviews, screening and assessments in an outpatient setting. You will provide individuals and / or group consultations to patients, implement steps to enhance and facilitate collaborations and integration of services among the multi-disciplinary team at the polyclinic and the NUHS cluster. As part of the Psychology team, you will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate mental health components that will increase quality of patient care, in qualitative and quantitative terms.

You will design, implement, monitor and evaluate in-house training and development curriculum for psychologists/allied health/medical professionals to enhance their service quality, as measured by clinical outcome indicators and perform clinical administration.

Requirements:

• MA/MSC in Applied Psychology (Clinical / Counselling Psychology)
• At least 1 year experience counselling patients with chronic health and psychiatric issues in an outpatient setting
• Registered with Singapore Registrar of Psychologists is preferred
• Interest in Primary Care Psychology and demonstrates acquired therapeutic skills for delivery of services in the management of chronic diseases, prevention and population health.
• Ability to work independently in running clinical services at Polyclinics.
• Have to be prepared to travel to different Polyclinics within NUP
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).

About the role

The Associate Director/ Director of Clinical Operations is responsible and accountable for the strategy and delivery of SCG Cell Therapy’s Oncology programs and studies. You will ensure that all trials are performed in accordance with ICH/GCP and applicable regulations, within time and budget, and with quality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex global clinical trials and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall clinical operations strategy, and continuously refine the clinical operational strategy in response to the evolving landscape to ensure clinical trial delivery aligns with the Clinical Development Plan (CDP)
• Manage and monitor clinical trial budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of milestones
• Maintain active oversight of study delivery, monitor portfolio status, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
• Lead the relevant-vendor selection process, oversee, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for each vendor to measure success and accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment
• People management and administrative oversight; develop a high-performing team, drive engagement, provide regular performance feedback, and manage administrative responsibilities related to team operations, to ensure effective team management

Who you are:

• 12+ years pharmaceutical clinical operations experience with at least 10 years being in global clinical operations especially for US and/or Europe
• Additional project management relevant experience is considered an asset
• Extensive experience in clinical operations, including a proven track record of leading complex clinical trials in Oncology from early-phase to late-phase development.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and clinical trial methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English with additional language skills as an asset

The role:

Key responsibilities will encompass supporting the Director in strategic planning initiatives across the groups, aiding in the formulation of work plans, and facilitating the conversion of technical specifications into visual representations for data analysis, thereby enabling effective performance measurement.

• The objective is to analyze healthcare data in order to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support value-based care initiatives.
• Collaboration with healthcare professionals and IT teams is essential to convert requirements into measurable metrics and insightful dashboards.
• Additionally, it is important to engage with key stakeholders to align group’s priorities and performance indicators with actionable plans.
• A regular review of key performance indicators will be conducted, and proactive measures will be taken in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Routine reports and updates will be presented to stakeholders, and support will be provided in the development of a strategic work plan for clinical transformation.
• Furthermore, project management will be executed to ensure that the clinical transformation work plans are aligned with those of the Ministry of Health.

What are we looking for:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A demonstrated history of utilizing Tableau for data visualization and analysis, coupled with a solid grasp of data management and interpretation to facilitate effective decision-making, is essential.
• Relevant experience in project management, data analytics, and/or proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R, as well as visualization tools like Tableau, is preferred.
