• Support the strategic development and implementation of clinical services and hospital-wide clinical programmes, including development of policies, guidelines, workflows and care paths.
• Monitor, collate and analyse data from the programmes to identify early trends and work with the programme lead to develop interventions if needed.
• Perform administrative duties relating to the clinical programmes, including secretariat duties, organising multi-disciplinary meetings and workgroups.
• Conduct audits, quality improvement and produce reports on the activities and performance of the programmes.
• Support hospital licensing activities including preparation of checklists and documents

General

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman, Medical Board and/or Deputy Director, Clinical Services.
• Support related Go-Live activities (e.g. full dress rehearsal) and hospital committees under the responsibility of Clinical Services and undertake its related work working with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree
• At least 2-3 years of related experience
• Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, clinical operations, clinical services, clinical coordinator, data analytics, audit, licensing) would be advantageous
• Able to multi-task and with good project management skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
• Possess a good command of language, both written and spoken
• Data savvy and proficient with systems thinking

You will provide administration and management support to research and academic activities for the Department of Haematology.

You will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) in all aspects of the research coordination activities such as planning, coordinating, submission to IRB and/or regulatory authority and liaise with subjects and other members of the research team to ensure all study related activities are carried out efficiently in adherence to IRB, protocol requirements, GCP and other applicable regulatory authorities. In addition, you will support and participate in the SGH mission of providing quality patient care, education, research.
