Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvements.
• Develop functional specifications for T24 system enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business needs.
• Configure T24 modules based on business requirements.
• Oversee customization to ensure compliance with standards and minimal risk.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality.
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback.
• Create user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
• Maintain detailed records of system changes and configurations.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Provide updates and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Skills/Requirement
• Solid background in working with the T24 core banking system( Wealth Management ), including experience in modules like Accounts, Loans, Payments, or Treasury.
• A strong understanding of banking operations, products, and workflows.
• Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Experience in managing or contributing to large-scale banking projects is a plus.
• T24 Customization and Configuration: Knowledge of T24 programming (e.g., jBASE, InfoBasic) and configuration settings.
• Familiarity with SQL and database query skills.
• Experience with reporting and analysis tools that integrate with T24.
