• Perform both qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for the Group’s portfolio using various models (e.g., Value at Risk, stress testing).

• Review methodologies and set benchmark hurdle rates for investment evaluation.
• Conduct financial modeling and prepare quarterly risk reports and presentations for risk committees and the board of directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Real Estate, or related quantitative fields.
• 4-8 years in analytical or investment roles, ideally in quantitative risk management (credit/market/liquidity) within financial institutions. Experience in real estate investment, project financing, equity research, corporate finance, or property valuation is also considered.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling (scenario analysis, stress-testing, VaR, CAPM).
• Excellent research abilities, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask across different projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA or Python.
• Professional certifications like FRM, PRM, or CFA are advantageous.
