Responsibilities:

Compensation and Workflow Management

• Understand existing and new compensation, campaigns, clubs, schemes mechanism and build Alteryx/SQL/Python/VBA workflows for the team.
• Support the review of existing workflows with department members and coach them to enhance the workflows with agreed consistent standards.
• Facilitate briefings/workshops to familiarise process owners on new workflows and processes.
• Support skills training (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, workflow, data analysis) for department/division members to transfer knowledge and uplift overall capability.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business decisions and change.
• Work with relevant stakeholders, process owners, developers, vendors on process improvement initiatives. Challenge status quo.

Support the following compensation related tasks:

• Attend to compensation related enquiries through the Tied Distribution mailbox.
• Review commissions and compensation generated in IL and Callidus systems.
• To generate supporting reports for compensation for distribution to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare Manual Adjustments for payments, if any.

Requirements:

• Education – Minimum Business, IT or Science degree
• At least 5 years working experience in the insurance industry
• Familiar with the MAS and LIA guidelines

Job Description:

Monitor Product Quality Compliance

Perform routine and non-standard tests on materials, products and other Quality Control purposes using HPLC, GC, Empower system etc

• Identify OOS, deviations and quality problems
• Comply with Quality and HSE procedures when carrying out sampling and QC tests

Manage Laboratory Operations

• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records

Optimise quality and efficiency of department workflows and activities

• Compile data to support business and performance metrics reporting
