PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Engineering Operations Support Broadcast Engineers are responsible for delivering high quality support service on behalf of the Benchmark Broadcast Systems. They ensure that equipment and systems integrated by Benchmark Broadcast Systems meet targets for availability, performance and safety. System architects and specialists from engineering will support and provide the process to ensure the Benchmark Broadcast Systems support provides a quality service to its customer. Marketing Communications Manager (Individual Contributor with Resources)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Brand Growth & Expansion: Work with strategic partners to execute corporate branding activities to propel brand growth and expansion.
• Digital Presence: Grow, manage, and curate content on corporate websites and social media platforms.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current on key business and industry trends, including competitors' activities.

Experience and Skills Experience:

• 8 to 12 years in internal and external communications, including business media relations and managing PR campaigns. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or Mass Communication.
• Content Development: Ability to develop compelling content across various communication channels for different target audiences.
• Creativity: Creative mindset with proficiency in digital marketing and hands-on experience in campaign/event planning and execution.

Job Description:

• Design, maintain and support custom build web applications with dashboards, workflows and visualizations used in RegTech solutions
• Develop responsive and mobile friendly web design using ReactJs and AngularJs
• Experience with cloud APIs (AWS).
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Responsible for team project implementation and delivery using Agile methodology with exposure to full cycle scrum product development.
• Responsible for team provisioning of BAU maintenance, optimisation and enhancements based on product development needs and any client feedback.
• Possess hands-on programming, and solution architecture design skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to on-board new technologies quickly.
• Believe in good programming habits. Guide the team in writing elegant code, perform code review, and suggest changes to tools, policies and processes.
• Work closely with QAs to ensure quality delivery that meets key metrics.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of web based application development and Strong knowledge of API Development.
• At least 2 years of experience with a backend API framework such as Java (Spring Boot) and Python Django or other similar stacks e.g. NodeJs
• Or experience with front end framework such as: ReactJs and AngularJs
• Experience with using a RDBMS like Postgres, and object caches like Memcached and/or Redis.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and agile methodologies.
• Less experienced and/or fresh graduates with a flair and passion in software engineering will be considered for the junior role.
• Good knowledge of software engineering and best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations for scalable, multi-tenancy and high-volume solutions.
• Linux-based systems, and using AWS (EC2, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, RDS, ECS etc.) is necessary.
• Good understanding of OWASP security practices is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of vulnerability management services, including vulnerability scanning, vulnerability assessments, and tracking support for vulnerability remediation
• Log and track discovered vulnerabilities
• Prioritize remediation tasks based on risk level, assign them to the relevant system owner, and monitor progress until completion
• Generate ad hoc metrics and reports as requested, providing insight into the vulnerability management program's effectiveness.
• Stay aware of current business and industry trends relevant to the business and cybersecurity
• Conduct vulnerability scans as directed by management
• Coordinate with customers regarding scanning schedule and scope review
• Develop and document processes and procedures for team members to use and to enhance efficiencies
