As a NAND CMOS Process Integration Engineer in the Singapore Technology Development department at Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible for developing 3D NAND CMOS devices scaling and enhancing their performance, reliability and manufacturability.

Requirements:

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical based products for commercial and industrial markets.

• Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in engineering tools such as, statistical analysis, design of experiments, product and process capability analysis.
• Proficient in Solidworks or 3D CAD tools.
• Good working knowledge of BOM (Bill-Of-Material) structuring fundamentals and have the ability to create ECOs (Engineering Change Order) and Deviations.
• Demonstrated use and understanding of MRP systems, Product Data Management systems and Change Control processes. SAP & PLM experience will be added advantage.
• Experience with FDA regulated medical device product development preferred.
• Product development experience in the life sciences, biotech, biomedical, nanotechnology or semiconductor industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all project activities in relation to the respective project work plans and take corrective action, when necessary, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of project outputs.
• Supervise the on-site team, ensuring the design and build concepts are being followed.
• Ensure proper maintenance and servicing schedule is set out for the infrastructure.
• Work with the project team to foresee and avoid, when possible, any obstacles that may present themselves during the construction or planning phase.
• Work in line with health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide project reports to Project Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related field
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a senior civil engineer on similar projects.
• Experience in Bridge Project with erection works using specific Equipment (Launching Gantry, Lifting Frame) and Post-Tensioning system works
• Excellent computer skills, previous experience with project management software
• Strong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize own time and workload.

Role & Responsibilities:

• To perform monthly maintenance & servicing of Fire Protection System
• Perform equipment installation and attend to equipment breakdown / troubleshooting at customers’ site
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair
• Supervise and manage site work, so-ordinate / meeting with project team
• Prepare maintenance report, breakdown report and other reports as required
• Handle Fire Alarm System (FAS) schedule service and maintenance activities for various facilities

Main Tasks by Project Technical Engineer are

• Study of general programme, detail sequence of works, detail methodology and kinematics of construction for both tender and project phases.
• Definition of required temporary works, material and equipment for each identified task

Detailing for each temporary works and Erection Equipments:

• Main Concept & Functionality Design brief and design basis
• Checking of interfaces
• Coordination with Structural Dpt for detail design (and/or detail design) General technical support of on-going projects (Method Statement, detail sequence of works, special Temporary Works methodology)

Job Requirements

Software:

• Good command on MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command on AUTOCAD is a bonus
• Knowledge of SketchUp and Inventor are a (big) plus but not mandatory

• You are responsible to drive and manage the silicon Bump & package assembly suppliers, backend processes and solutions to achieve the aggressive TQRDCEB goals.
• You will work closely with package design & technology, test & product engg, production planning, quality engg & NPI teams, assembly/substrate suppliers to support new product & technology introduction activities by defining processes, monitoring systems, manage process improvements and changes.
• Provide day-to-day support to bump and assembly suppliers & internal planning, product and test engineering teams.
• Plan, drive & implement improvement activities for continual improvement, 2nd sourcing, cost reduction & customer satisfaction.

•Qualifications:

• PhD / Master / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 7~12 years of relevant experience of managing advanced node silicon bumping, large body single & multi-chip (2.1/2.5/3D) package assembly, substrate & back-end suppliers and processes.
• Hands on experience in Product Life-Cycle Management - creating & maintaining Bill of Material structure, Process Documentation, Process Change Notification etc.
• Good team player, result oriented individual, experienced in project management, failure analysis tools, techniques and TQM. Good analytical, problem-solving skills. Flexible and agile.
• Sound knowledge of applicable industry standards, quality systems, regulations, knowledge of prevailing and emerging silicon package & substrate technologies, bumping and assembly processes, materials and equipment.
• Able to communicate with internal team members & external partners in various geographic locations and may required to travel from time to time at short notice.
• Experienced AutoCAD user. Knowledge of silicon & PCB fabrication, board assembly processes, are an added advantage
