• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration on Machines / Equipment

• Rotating Shiftwork (Day & Night) - Monthly Rotation
• Work in cleanroom environment - Required to wear cleanroom uniform

Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support to the 3rd party manufacturer, addressing any mechanical engineering-related issues that may arise during production.

Quality Operation

• Collaborate with the manufacturer to establish and maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring the consistency and reliability of our products.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the manufacturing workflow.

Problem Solving

• Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering challenges, preventing or minimizing production delays and defects.

Product Improvement

• Work closely with the design and development teams to implement design changes and improvements that enhance product quality and manufacturability.

Investment audit & asset management support

• Coordinate investment audit in close collaboration with other functions and conduct periodic physical asset inspection. Support annual inventory check if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or a related field, Master's Degree of Mechanical Engineering is plus
• Min. 5 years in EMS (Electronic device assembly) with excellent understanding of overall supply chain, manufacturing technology, process set-up, process validation and SOP support.
• Open to travel once a week to nearby country (Can be a day trip or overnight trip)
• Prior experience in SMALL DEVICES such as earpods/ smart watch/ from electronic devices ( wearable electronic devices )

Job Description:

• Coordinate project management to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner
• Liaise and coordinate site work matters with supervisor, clients and relevant government authorities
• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner
• Prepare project progress, claims and other reports
• Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities:

1. Make recommendations on risk control measures; and
2. Communicate Risk Assesment (RA) to concerned parties

• Maintain and improve company reputation with clients
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred)
• Relevant experience not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Fluent in English

Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 0800 - 1800hrs
• Friday: 0900 - 1800hrs
