• Meet Ship Superintend at ongoing vessel at Anchorage or PSA, inspect
• refrigeration, accommodation air-conditioner systems, package type air-
• conditioner, split type air-conditioners.
• Repair the equipment as per customer’s requirement or services or retrofit,upgrade the entire system.
• Supply brand new refrigeration and air-conditioning compressor or re-
• conditioned compressors as per buyer requirement.
• Supply, install package type air-conditioners, split type air-conditioners.
• Supply refrigeration & accommodation air-conditioner compressor parts,
• lubrication oil and refrigerant.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in the setup of manufacturing facility and process documentation
• Build and train Operators in the operations of machinery and maintenance in compliance with GDP, quality and other relevant company’s standard
• Achieve efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality for assigned processes
• Propose solutions to improve productivity and lead time
• Ensure regular maintenance of machineries to prevent machine down time. Monitoring the efficient, feedback to manager and related department
• Responsible for troubleshooting of daily operations issues
• Investigate and implement preventive actions at source
• Leading of yield/productivity improvement or cost reduction project
• Support Production and Final inspection process validation activity in IQ, OQ and PQ, which the validation of mass-production equipment, with approved development specification and plans
• Other activities as assigned by the supervisor

Education Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering (either industrial engineering, system engineering, mechanical, chemical)

Experience:

0 – 4 years or more experience(s) in chemical or medical devices industry

Functional Competency:

• ISO9001 and 14000
• Relevant working experience in process control and manufacturing operations
• Computer literate, proficient at Microsoft office
• Effective communication in English is essential and Japanese is a plus.
• Able to collaborate well within department to execute project tasks.
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to lead and coach team members
