Key responsibilities

• User Support - Respond to IT-related inquiries from end-users. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • In-House Application Support - Assist users with issues related to in-house applications. Collaborate with developers or relevant teams to address and resolve application-related problems. Provide user guidance and support for in-house application usage.
• Documentation - Prepare and update user guides for various software applications, including in-house applications.
• Others - Perform other IT related duties or projects as assigned.
