Job Summary:

We are seeking organised and technically skilled individual to serve as System Engineer. This role will be responsible for implementing, testing and integrating of system. The candidate should have strong technical background and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and integrate system to meet customer requirements

• To resolve issues on-site

• Perform system testing, integration, troubleshooting and validation.

• Prepare documentation for System Design Document, Installation Control Document, Acceptance Test Plan and User Manual to facilitate training and support.

Qualifications:

• Prior experiences in System Implementation of Radio Communication, Public Addressing System (PA), PABX, Charger System and Battery Monitoring System.

• Strong understanding of System Design

• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.

• Prior working experience with MINDEF and/or MHA customer is an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the formulation of schedules and datelines for design and date of submission.
• Check detailed design and drawings based on relevant codes and client specifications, while ensuring the most cost-efficient methods of design are used.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Project Department to obtain relevant information for detailed design.
• Determine the conditions and study all pertaining data thoroughly and accurately for a design. Many different combinations of loadings are possible and the most probable combination of simultaneous load for an economical and safe design is selected.
• Control and issue all technical documents.
• Any ad hoc project assigned by Design Manager.

Min Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience

Job Skills Required:

• Mechanical design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers & atmospheric storage tanks. Thermal design of heat exchangers is also a required skill.
• Familiar with international design codes such as ASME, British, Australian & European Codes, Tema, API650 & etc.
• Proficient in design software such as PVELite, NozzlePro, StaadPro & Autocad.

Position title : Vision Software Engineer

Location: Admirality Street
Working Days: 5 Day A Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team, responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for vision systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PC based automated visual inspection systems for our full range of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate and feasibility study on the customer’s vision specifications.
• Responsible to integrate any new vision hardware (camera, frame grabber, etc) onto the vision software.
• Troubleshooting and improve the processing time of the inspection.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers to fulfill the inspection requirements. Change the vision inspection algorithm to improve the inspection capabilities and its performance.
• Be the key driver for continuous improvement plans for new and existing inspection capabilities.
• Coordinate with customer for any new enquiry with sale personnel if needed.
• Work closely with the vision application and optics team members to produce the best inspection result.
• Build and nurture a culture in engineering organization of harmony, quality, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

• BS Science Diploma or higher in electrical and electronic, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent practical.
• Technical troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Relevant technical work experience including automation machine system troubleshooting.
• Experience working with end customers.
• Understanding semi-conductor manufacturing process, vision inspection settings, machine software settings and configuration or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in software development with C#, WPF, Image Processing , Halcon (bonus)
