17. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents.

18. Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel subcontractors, architects and owners

19. Prepare correspondence with client, architect, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Examples of referenced correspondence include, but not confined to the following items: Schedule of values, project schedule, memos, request for information (RFI), transmittals and submittals.

20. During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety.

21. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance.

22. Planning work to ensure that materials, machineries, authorities’ approval and sites condition are ready before the work starts.

Job Description

• To assist engineering supervisor in the review of project orders relevant specification and/or data sheets
• Act as secondary check and make recommendation based on common industrial engineering practice, where necessary

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in either marine, oil & gas or automation industry is preferred
• Possess knowledge in instrumentation and control system
• Conversant with all industrial standards related to valve automation
