Requirements:

• Diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva to create high-quality visual content
• Strong digital visual design skills and attention to detail

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Able to work well independently and in teams

Responsibilities:

• Part of the daily media monitoring team (may have to cover this function solely on some occasions)
• Assist in the production and distribution of the company’s sustainability report; helped in data collection and readership analysis
• Contribute to the planning and assist in the production the company’s internal branding/ sustainability campaign; helped in data collection and analysis
• Provide brand monitoring and assist in the company’s branding initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, write/ edit and assist in production of the company’s quarterly e-newsletter
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the company’s communications channels and materials (website, corporate deck, social media posts, corporate messaging, etc.)

Requirement :

• Degree in English, journalism and communications, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in relevant roles
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with versatile writing styles
• Fast learner, self-initiated and resourceful individual with plenty of creativity and energy
• Both a team player and independent worker who can perform well under pressure and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing a diverse range of media communications plans to enhance the profile of the Association, and various outreach initiatives
• Implement the Association’s social media content strategy
• Create eye-catching graphic and short-form video content for various social media platforms
• Produce polished written content such as pre and post-event synopses, feature stories, website copy, media briefs and press releases
• Assist in corporate events including Annual General Meetings, fundraising events, award ceremonies, and corporate visits, including providing on-ground photography and videography support
• Establish and maintain relations with external and media partners
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate communication efforts and ensure messaging is consistent
• Stay updated on latest social media trends that can be applied to our own channels

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in public relations, communications, or content production for publications or media management
• Have hands-on experience in utilising digital and social media marketing and video editing tools
• Possess good communication/Interpersonal skills, problem-solving in planning and executing projects
• Willing and eager to go around different locations across Singapore on a regular basis to cover various on-ground events and engagements
• Adept in photography and video-taking, with a keen eye for spotting and capturing golden moments during on-ground events and engagements
• Enjoy talking to seniors, listening to their stories and getting them out to the world
• Good writing skill that is compelling to readers

Responsibilities:

Work with Chief Corporate Officer and the team to manage the company’s Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing and Investor Relations functions, including, but not limited to the following:

• Formulate internal and external communications strategies, develop relevant communications materials including press releases, presentations, websites and corporate collaterals, and manage both traditional and digital communication channels.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, investment community and the media.
• Brand guardian to promote the Company’s image and support regional teams in communications, marketing events and project launches.
• Plan, organise and execute large-scale corporate events, and drive corporate-level corporate social responsibility engagements and campaigns
• Assist in special projects when required.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Mass Communications/Literary Arts/ New Media/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in dealing with corporate communications and media.
• Exceptional communication, writing, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills.
• Strong command of English
• IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital public relations platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (photo and video editing skills are an asset).
• Outstanding event organisation and planning skills.
• Good artistic flair and familiar with executing Corporate Identity, Advertisements and Corporate Collaterals.
