As device modeling engineer, the candidate is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver SPICE models for Process Design Kits development. Candidate should have strong interests and willing to learn Semiconductor physics and able to work with various departments/customers to deliver final product or to resolve issues. • Define, architect and document the Design-for-Testability (DFT) concept for SOC’s
• Develop, implement and verify DFT measures
