About the role

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Communications

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and enhance its public image.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of financial results, earnings releases, annual reports, and other investor relations communications.
• Utilize knowledge of financial markets and reporting standards to ensure clarity and accuracy in all financial communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial media, craft press releases, and manage media inquiries
• Collaborate with senior management and various departments to translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and media.
• Organising media briefings, interviews, annual general meetings, and other events as required.

Skills and experience required

• Relevant corporate communications experience within publicly listed companies and proven track record in writing and editing financial communications, including press releases, annual reports, and earnings updates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
