Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Project manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of the projects.
• To support Site Project Manager in managing day-to-day clients’ interactions and expectations for optimal results
• To support Site Project Manager to collaborate with peers, liaise with trade contractors, clients and consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality services.
• To prepare and submit method of statement, sketches, site record and other technical submissions in a timely manner.
• To prepare Inspection and Test Plan, user manuals, drawings and conduct inspection and check on works performed.
• Check the drawings discrepancies and conduct field verification, and submit technical clarification to the clients and consultants.
• Ensure updated drawings including shop drawings are used by the site team in a timely manner.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Perform any other tasks as and when required so as to meet project milestones

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 3 years working experience
• Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, System Networking and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
• Willing to take ownership and Pro-active in Problem solving
• Must be a team player and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service and business orientated with good initiative and adaptability
• Required to perform standby duties whenever required
• Driving License – Preferably if candidate possesses its own vehicle
• Singapore Citizens are preferred
• Location is at Shan Road / Site Office
• 5.5 work days

A. Responsibilities

a) Knowledge of basic networking, Huawei switch and router basic operation.

b) Making network cable, installation of hardware and basic setup, Hardware spare replace

c) Understanding of operation process and procedure

d) L1 operation and support using Huawei basic operation GUI and tools, including daily health check, end user support, weekly/monthly routine operation

e) Basic trouble shooting, logs collection and on-site support

f) Other tasks assigned by customer

B. Requirement

a) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science

b) The person should have 1 year of network engineer experience with the following skills and competencies:

c) Knowledge and experience on IP addressing and subnetting

d) Experience with coordinating with multiple vendors for network deployment

e) Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

f) Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

g) Meticulous, dateline oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task

h) Prior experience within network engineering a bonus.

i) 1-2 years of experience in supporting complex banking IT environment or equivalent

Job Description:

• Customises CMS database checksheets and allocation of checksheets based on latest engineering drawing revisions and punchlist updates for mechanical/ process/safety /HVAC discipline
• Prepares boundary drawings as per subsystem listing
• Prepares procedures/ work method statements and risk assessment for mechanical/ process/ safety/ HVAC commissioning activities
• Attends Factory Acceptance Test at vendors' premises, as required
• Leads a team of mechanical technicians/ mechanics for preparation and site execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and function testing of mechanical equipment and vendor equipment packages on the topsides
• Reviews commissioning shipped-loose items, consumables and spares for proper inventory and availability
• Reviews system / sub-system completion status for taking over from Construction Team as per commissioning schedule and priorities
• Liaises with various parties including vendor site representatives, where required, to ensure any issues affecting system completion are resolved in a timely manner
• Participates in system / sub-system joint inspections for taking over from Construction Team, punch listing activities, etc
• Prepares relevant documents required for safe energization of equipment such as Livening -Up Notice, CPTW, Isolation Lists, etc
• Ensures that commissioning testing activities are conducted safely and complies with the site PTW and safety regulations and procedures
• Reviews completed commissioning documentation such as checksheets, test procedures, red-line mark-up drawings, commissioning dossiers, etc.
• Follows up with relevant parties to ensure proper closure of outstanding issues arising from commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years years of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/ Wind Farm industty
• Experience in commissioning of Diesel Generators/ Compressors/ Pumps/ Piping systems / Utility packages/ cranes / mechanical handling equipment/ HVAC, etc
• Good knowledge and experience in commissioning activities of oil and gas/ wind farm facilities
• Familiar with permit-to-work systems and lock-out tag-out procedures
• Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Familiar with Project Specifications, Technical and HSE Standards
• Familiar with MS Office software applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Familiar with Completion Management System database such as PIMS-CMS / WinPCS / ProCoSys / ICAPS

· Independent with minimum supervision.

· Able to chair and/or attend site progress and coordination meetings, and involve in discussion on all project related activities with clients

· Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.

· Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on) of project staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.

Experience in M&E testing and commissioning, and handing over to client.
