The Job

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.
• You'll be responsible for preparing all necessary loan documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements under hire purchase act and company policies.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is paramount in the financial industry. You'll need to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan documentation meets these standards.
• In charge of document filling and data entry to ensure record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Require to contact customers, vendors, suppliers and partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short fall or overdue payment, collection arrangements by using collecting techniques email, letter, phone call and WhatsApp.
• Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts cases for ongoing instalment plan.

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Executive, Virtual Care to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting the manager with the complete upkeep and management of the above associated services and operations. The ideal candidate should be meticulous and detail-oriented, have a mindset of continuous improvement and proactive collaboration, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity or change. This candidate should also possess a strong operational acumen, good clinical sense, be able to manage complex operational decisions and have a good command of the English language.
