About you

The Information Technology Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations which includes the office and stores in Singapore. This entails being the first point of contact for all IT infrastructure-related escalations and also providing technical support to end users.

Key areas:

• Create and follow up tickets related to IT matters.
• Provide L1/L2 support for office & stores infrastructure and retail application and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-user desktops/laptops, network connectivity and network resource access
• Vendor escalation for desktops/laptop hardware repairs or software troubleshooting
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems and associated peripherals
• ·Install applications/software and apply updates/patches to desktops, laptops and other end-user computing devices
• Involve in D365 upgrade and deployment
• Preparation of desktop/laptop system images
• Administration for email, D365 users covering user account management (account creation, deletion, modification and password reset)
• Basic administration of Microsoft Active Directory
• Onboarding & offboarding new/ resigned staffs
• Setup AV/ Videoconferencing prior to townhall/ High Key meetings (Teams / Zoom)
• Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users’ desktops/laptops

EDUCATION

• Possess 2 - 3 years of experience in the D365, POS applications and deskside support experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite & SQL, Powershell, batch scripting

Job Responsibilities
