Property Executive cum FSM

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

The Property Executive Cum FSM will be required to manage and monitor the repair and replacement work including managing the defects rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
