• Drive account growth by consistently ensuring post-sales satisfaction, effectively managing customer relationships, and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to initiate budget, plan, promotions and events to drive sales and increasing product visibility.
• Conduct sales and marketing meeting to share sales update, market trend, product information, promotions and marketing related activities.
• Oversee all marketing activities. Work closely with Marketing to manage website, social media, EDMs, adoption tracking & analysis, and marketing collaterals.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify ways to enhance revenue and reduce costs. Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, and prepare regular reports for management on performance metrics and improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or relevant fields.
• At least 2 - 3 years’ sales experience in leading a sales team and proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales target.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender for projects
• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotations
• Marketing - Grow new leads, including marketing, by calls to action and meet potential clients
• Sales – Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations, follow up, and secure sales
• Execution – Monitor, deliver and invoice to clients
• Payment - responsible for payment follow-up and collection
